How to use:

Use your phone’s camera to capture images and create a color palette.

1. Frame it: Get closer or use the pinch gesture to zoom in
2. Snap it: Press the shutter button to save the image and palette to your library
3. Share it: You can share the palette to friends and colleagues, refine it, and export it as a PNG, or SVG file

With a one time in-app-purchase you can:

• You can refine individual colors of a palette
• Use the Color Dropper feature to fully customize your own palette
• Capture up to 12 colors simulatniously using the camera (you can always add more using the Color Dropper feature)
• Generate color palettes using images from your photo library
• Export color palette files for popular design apps such as Photoshop, ProCreate, and more

1. Introduction Welcome to SwatchMe (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

2. In-App Purchases The App offers in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the services or features you select. All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided, except as required by applicable law.

4. Ownership All content, features, and functionality provided by the App are owned by Raj Jeshang and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. Raj Jeshang does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raj Jeshang will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the App.
